Construction geodesy
The complex of geodetic works such as research, design, construction (installation) and exploitation of building sites is differentiated as part of geodesy, called construction geodesy.
Geodetic survey
Geodetic survey helps to determine the exact location of specific points to be applied to a plan, digital model or map.
Defining points locations by means of geodetic work base, a network of permanently established to the surface markers with precise coordinates in horizontal and vertical position.
Stake-out
Under stake-out we understand the process of points mark-up to a terrain, straight line, plane or area which coordinates are already known.
Stake-out is the opposite process of geodetic survey.
When performing stake-out the mutual points locations are defined based on a given drawing, plan or a digital model to be applied to an area.
Topographic survey
Topographic survey requires both horizontal and vertical imaging of an area. It is based on the polar method of surveying, i.e. measuring directions and lengths.
As a result a relief surface model is obtained used in the primary stages of engineering design works.
"Zenit-Geo" offers the following services related to the above:
Stake-out:
- Linear objects - canals, roads, overhead and underground conducts, etc.
- Area objects - buildings, facilities etc.
- Height and planned stake-out for the needs of construction works.
- Making street level projects.
- Determination of elevation "Zero" - transport, measurement verification and documentation of construction levels.
- Measurement and level verification ("ridge" and "fascia")
- Determination of volumes of excavations.
- Issuance of protocol for construction permit.
- Preparation of executive documentation for construction site (geodetic services).
- Precise leveling.
